| FAQ
Q:
What is the benefit of hiring both of your services together?
A: Our professionals
work well together as a team ensuring the highest quality
of service for our brides and grooms. And the convenience
of only having to work with one company rather than multiple
companies.
Q:
I chose the photographer for my event but I’m unsure
of having the video. Can you suggest me any advise to help
me to make a decision?
A: Photography
and videography share many traits. They are considered complimentary
services to one another rather than competing. Photography
captures a moment and expression in time. Video gives you
the full action. With video, you can hear the voices quiver
and watch the teardrop fall. With photography, you can freeze
the moment you wiped it away. Photography is far more convenient
to share with friends, family, and co-workers. Watching your
wedding video is a commitment of a small amount of time for
you and those who may or may not have been able to attend
but so much fun when you watch your family and friends having
such a great time and listening to their heartfelt, loving
messages that they leave for you. Including video in your
budget will definitely be a decision you will appreciate more
and more as the years go by.
Q:
How far in advance should I book your services?
A: Being on
the desirable Bay Area, weddings increase during certain times
of the year. Typically, March through September marks our
peak season for weddings. The holiday season also peaks with
corporate parties and events. We would highly recommend booking
dates during these popular times 6 months in advance. Please
call for availability, as some dates during the peak seasons
will be surprisingly light.
Q:
Do you offer the packages?
A: Yes, we offer
packages to accommodate small to large weddings. We also customize
packages to those with specific requests and needs. Additional
enlargements, albums and accessories are also available ala
carte.
Q:
How do we book your services?
A: A retainer
fee of $500 is required to secure your wedding date. A contract
will need to be completed to ensure all information is provided.
Remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. And we let you know in advance
if there are any more fees or cost for you.
Q:
What kind of printing do you use?
A: We only use
professional quality paper: Fuji Archival and Kodak Endura.
